We got our Dream House by UPS and station it up in one hour, not 5 minutes. If we have to plot it up again, it will go remarkable faster, but it's not really explained clearly in the instructions.
The green house is of superior quality. We have ours sitting in an spot where it's protected from the north and is end to the south wall of our home, for warmth. It is exposed to strong winds from the south and west, but is quite stable, rather surprising as I was expecting it to become a tremendous kite.
I will be using it as a icy greenhouse, that is no or slight heat added and haven't really had t he chance to plant in it yet, but will be doing soon.
The only jam we've had to date is the zippers which fetch the doors: 2 zippers per door, and all of them stick. I may honest expend the velcro patches when I obtain frustrated enough.
The first year my Dreamhouse went up in about 40 minutes, not 5. Once up it was stable and seemed to be very obliging construction. I was THRILLED with it the first year. I have long, wintry, wet, springs and I got a immense inaugurate on the growing season.
In slack summer I cleaned it and Paul took it down. It was frustrating as all derive out and very, very hard to fit in the case. It was well-kept and dry when it was packed up, and stored in a dry barn.
The next spring it was a own to assign up. The thread around the doors started popping apart and the screens started dissolving. Then we had a slack freeze and light snow (1-2 inches) and all the pole snapped. I called to check on the warranty and they said they'd send some replacement poles proper out. It took about 2 months for them to reach. They also suggested I duct tape screening over the windows. The poles did not fit quite good, as the Dreamhouse had been redesigned.
At the destroy of the season I called them again since it was collected under warranty and both doors had lost most of their stitching and all the windows were useless. They offered to repair/replace it if I shipped it wait on. It was impossible to catch in the case all the contrivance because all the door seams that had given out. It cost almost $200 to ship assist. Then I waited. And waited. And waited. After about 2 months a replacement arrived.
I would not recommend the Dreamhouse unless you are able to select a recent one every year or 2. Flowerhouse customer service is very kindly to talk to, but very, VERY lifeless to actually do anything -- and you do have to call. Email does not receive replies most of the time.
We are fair beginning to earn freezing weather here in Texas, but my husband and I are very glad with the device it is holding up. Easy to achieve up (it took both of us), and keeps plants going. The only thing is I have to set aside a heater in it when the weather gets below freezing, because the instructions say it won't preserve the situation warm in freezing weather. Otherwise, we are very blissful with it.
