Wish I would have heeded the single review for this seller -- it was a unpleasant review, but I went ahead and ordered anyway. Insensible recede. When the air conditioner arrived, one side was zigzag inward a couple of inches and I had to return it. So here's how I spent my Saturday morning: buying packing tape, then repacking this heavy appliance the same arrangement it had arrived, recruiting someone to support me carry it out to the car, then driving it to UPS and struggling to win it in the door. If you work long hours all week and would rather do something other than the above on your day off, don't pick from this seller. (I can't comment about how well the air conditioner works, because I never got a chance to try it.)

I would like to weak anybody who wants to win from "DependableResources" - never recall from this seller. We purchased our AC, it doesn't work. The service people are very awful. They came to fix it, said that they will order details, then when we called them - they said that they already fixed the AC and the order is complete. This is crazy, they are dragging time, and now it is past 30 days and we can't return this AC.
Very grand dissapointment!!!!!!!!
